Pam Golding Properties won the five-star award in the following categories: Real Estate Agency in South Africa, Real Estate Agency Marketing in South Africa and Real Estate Agency Website in South Africa. They won the Best Real Estate Agency Marketing in South Africa award for their “I am Pam” campaign.

Tyson Properties received the five-star award for Best Real Estate Agent in South Africa. They also won Highly Commended awards for Real Estate Agency in South Africa and Real Estate Agency Marketing. Fine & Country South Africa also received a Highly Commended for the latter category.

Just Property won a Highly Commended award for Letting Agency and Real Estate Agency. The Lucas Real Estate Group and Kingstons Real Estate both received Highly Commended for Real Estate Agency Website in South Africa.

Best Individual Residence in South Africa went to Valentia Manor House on behalf of its client, Val de Vie.

Oceans Umhlanga received a five-star award for the Best Mixed-Use Architecture in South Africa, Waterfall for the Best Mixed-Use Development in South Africa and Residential Development in South Africa and Sitari Country Estate for Best Residential Development in South Africa.

These awards were open to companies operating in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the rest of Africa. Winning entries will compete against the winners from the Americas, Europe and Australasia in London on 12 December.
