What are your top three secrets to success?

Regular interaction with clients, attention to detail, and being highly organised; add to that, always being consistent with follow-ups, and constantly familiarising myself with the market place.

What is the one thing you wish someone had taught or told you when you first started out in property and why?

What advice would you give to new kids on the block about making a success in their career in property?

For me, it’s all about people, so interacting consistently and regularly with your clients from Day one until long after registration of the home, is the best advice I could give. There’s more to it than that of course, but it’s the cornerstone of a successful career in property.
