The Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) recently opened a regional office to serve the greater Mangaung area. The new office should benefit both clients and property agents with information about legal practices, and also help to curb rampant fraud in the industry.

Another aim is to restore business confidence, and also to unleash opportunities for emerging estate agents. The office is in the housing section of Hostel One in DR Belcher Road, Bloemfontein. It is a joint effort by the EAAB and the Mangaung Metro Municipality.
