Two of South Africa’s most influential and well-respected real estate companies, Adrienne Hersch Properties (AHP) and Keller Williams (KW) Realty Southern Africa, are joining forces.
The partnership was announced in a statement this week. Both businesses will remain operationally independent. Established in Johannesburg in 1991 Adrienne Hersch Properties has grown in a respected real estate brand in Gauteng while Keller Williams brings global reach and cutting-edge technology to the partnership.
Keller Williams Realty South Africa is part of the global network of one of the world’s largest real estate franchises. The franchise is internationally recognised for innovation in the real estate industry.
Daniel Hersch, co-operating principal at Adrienne Hersch Properties says the partnership makes perfect sense for both organisations, “We are thrilled to be partnering with KW to become one of South Africa’s leading disruptive, high growth real estate agencies.”
He says AHP will operate under the same banner, but the company’s systems and technology will be powered by KW. “We’re still retaining our Adrienne Hersch Properties identity.
