The Deeds Office has listed its new registration fee tariffs which will be coming into effect in three weeks, as from 1 April 2023.
It is important to avoid a shortfall in the funds you collect from clients in respect of the Deeds Office registration fee. Therefore, when sending accounts to clients for matters that are likely to register on or after 1 April 2023, make sure to include the new tariff.
