Last week the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Board revealed the findings of a forensic investigation into allegations of fraud and corruption against PPRA CEO, Mamodupi Mohlala.
The PPRA announced on Wednesday the commencement of criminal charges against the suspended CEO of the Board, Mamodupi Mohlala-Mulaudzi, who will be served with the charge sheet on Friday 15 July 2022.
Former CEO of the former EAAB, Mamodupi Mohlala’s application to be given permission to appeal the Court’s decision to uphold her suspension was dismissed with costs in the South Gauteng High Court last week.
