The event, part of the broader Leapfrog Annual Convention, recognised exceptional leadership and outstanding achievements throughout the organisation.
Celebrating excellence across the board
The highly anticipated Gala Awards ceremony brought together top-performing offices and agents from across South Africa. Among those who shone brightest were teams from Pretoria East, Bethlehem, and Vereeniging, who earned distinguished recognition for their outstanding results and unwavering commitment to excellence.
A notable highlight of the evening was the impressive performance of Silvana Dos Reis Marques, Leapfrog’s esteemed Pretoria East & Irene franchisee, who led these offices to victory. Her exemplary leadership was instrumental in driving exceptional performance during the 2025 fiscal year.
