BRANDON MARSH

PAM GOLDING FOURWAYS

Why did you decide to pursue a career in property?

I was approached by Byron Thomas (a top PGP agent) and he convinced me to start at Pam Golding Properties (PGP). I was very fortunate to be paired up with Kyle Ebben (a PGP Douglasdale Gold Club agent) who was more than willing to share his knowledge and expertise.

What do you find to be the most enjoyable and the most challenging aspects of the job?

The most enjoyable aspect in property is that I get to interact with people from all walks of life; the most challenging is managing all of their expectations.

What characteristics, in your opinion, make for a great estate agent/broker and why?

To become a good agent you have to have a passion for what you do! People skills and negotiating skills are essential!

What are some of your career goals?

My career goals are to move up the Pam Golding ladder.

Lastly I would just like to say thank you to the whole Pam Golding family for welcoming me, guiding me and believing in me.
