A Badge Pinning Ceremony was recently held in Johannesburg and Cape Town for Rebosa Business Leader (“RBL”) students.  The purpose of the ceremony was for the President of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Mr Kenny Parcell to acknowledge the accomplishments of the RBL class of 2022 and pin students with the NAR badge.  The Leonard P Reaume Foundation through the support of NAR provided a large portion of the funding for RBL and pledged at the same ceremony to continue providing support for the ongoing development of the programme.

Rebosa congratulates the RBL class of 2022 on successfully completing the theoretical component of their RBL journey.  “The 25 learners have overcome a challenging 5 months and their accomplishments are even more impressive as they carried out their studies while holding down full-time careers as property practitioners and thus having to earn at the same time.  They have shown great fortitude, resilience, and perseverance, says Jan le Roux, CE of Rebosa,  “And this is a huge step towards their future of becoming successful real estate business owners.”

“We are really proud of our RBL students.  It has been a privilege to watch them grow both personally and professionally and I cannot wait to see their accomplishments in the next chapter of the mentoring phase.  The effort they have put in to be at the top of their game is commendable and I foresee a rewarding and successful career in this industry for all of them”, says Adrianne du Toit, Head Stakeholder Relations Rebosa.

“It has been a pleasure to travel this journey with our first cohort of students.  We have witnessed how they have evolved in their learning and we wish them all the best in their onward journey”, says Adrian Harris, CEO of Charter Academy,  “Education is the right of every South African and we have developed this course to equip our students with the skills set to become successful real estate entrepreneurs”.

Rebosa thanks its other sponsors, Private Property, Leapfrog Property Group and Lightstone for making the dreams of these students come alive.
