Cindy Brits, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Dazzle, has been named a nominee for the esteemed Woman of Stature Awards South Africa within the “Entrepreneur of the Year” category – a recognition that highlights her outstanding leadership, dedication to real estate excellence, and commitment to empowering others in the industry.
The Woman of Stature Awards South Africa, now in its landmark 10th season, celebrates exceptional female leaders who have made a significant impact in their industries. With a rigorous adjudication process, nominees are carefully evaluated for their contributions and leadership.
The highly anticipated gala event will take place on 12 April 2025 at the Indaba Hotel, where winners will be announced in various categories. Joining the crowd of well deserving nominees, is Cindy herself, who will be proudly flying the RE/MAX colours at this event.
As a driving force behind RE/MAX Dazzle, Cindy dedicates herself wholeheartedly to growing the firm while supporting agents in their professional development. Her innovative training initiatives, derived from top global real estate programs, have been instrumental in transforming agent performance. Under her guidance, many agents have seen their annual earnings grow from R600,000 to over R1 million, proving the effectiveness of her mentorship and leadership.
Beyond her role in real estate, Cindy is deeply involved in fostering business collaborations through the Diva Network, inspired by acclaimed international real estate trainer, Brian Buffini’s teachings. Her influence extends beyond professional circles, as she actively contributes to community upliftment through the Dazzle Foundation, an initiative she established during her time as Mrs. Tshwane. The foundation continues to support Samaritan House, providing clothing and essentials to children in need, embodying the RE/MAX formula of giving back and making a difference in the communities we serve.
Despite her many accomplishments, Cindy initially hesitated to accept the Woman of Stature nomination. However, recognizing the opportunity to inspire other women in business, she embraced the platform as a chance to amplify her message of empowerment and success.
