Seeff Property Group
The Seeff Property Group recently gathered at the Westin Cape Town Hotel for its Annual Licensee Conference which culminated in a glittering Awards Banquet where it recognised the top-performing Seeff Licensees across various categories.
Samuel Seeff, chairman of the Group said that it was fitting that the group ended its 60th year with the highest turnover in its history which was also an 18% improvement on the prior year. Additionally, the group signed up a number of new licensees, with Seeff now boasting the biggest footprint in Sub-Saharan Africa, as well as in Dubai, and a new branch in Tanzania opening this month.
Stand-out achievers include the Dubai branch, led by Nombasa Mawela, with eight awards, including Top International Licensee, Overall Marketer of the Year, and Special Chairman’s Awards for two top agents. Plettenberg Bay, under Alet Ollemans’ leadership, scooped seven awards, notably Overall Top Licensee, Highest Market Share, and Special Chairman’s Award for its top agent.
Southern Suburbs, led by James Lewis, achieved six accolades, including Most Units Sold, Residential Projects Licensee, Smart Pass (approx. 1900 internal referrals), and awards from ooba and Standard Bank. Ross Levin from Seeff Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl took home four coveted awards, including Licensee of the Year for both Sales and Rentals, and Marketer of the Year.
