This PPRA-approved programme meets all statutory requirements of the Property Practitioners Regulations while providing a streamlined, flexible alternative to the traditional CPD model offered by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).

STBB has provided expert-led content for the modules on legislation and compliance, offering estate agents valuable insights to navigate the latest legal updates. This essential knowledge ensures that agents stay informed about regulatory changes, a key component for fulfilling their CPD requirements and maintaining compliance within the real estate industry.

It is also important to note that a Professional Development Plan (PDP) is no longer required under the regulations. The distinction between verifiable and non-verifiable points has been removed. Principals and Non-Principals can select any four modules in the 2025 CPD cycle that best support their professional growth and learning. This is the first PPRA-approved CPD programme offered by an independent institution and the only alternative available in 2025.
