Rebosa is proud to announce the appointment of Teboho Tsekoa, widely recognised in the industry as ‘Rob T’, to its board of directors following the most recent Annual General Meeting.

Teboho is the founder and CEO of Hashtags Properties, a company he established in 2017. Hashtags Properties specialises in designing and implementing innovative programmes tailored to meet the unique needs of estate agencies, to make it more accessible to young people. His entrepreneurial acumen and dedication to excellence have propelled his business to remarkable heights, achieving R1 billion in sales and expanding to 50 franchises.

As a young and seasoned entrepreneur, Teboho has embodied leadership roles from primary school to RCL leader at Hoerskool Voortrekker High. He is a respected property investor, a business coach with over 10,000 hours of real estate coaching experience, and a sought-after keynote speaker. For more than a decade, Teboho shared his expertise in customer service, sales, and strategy to help entrepreneurs and business owners achieve their financial aspirations. His consistency and drive in leadership as a young person in real estate is testament to the outstanding possibilities his role will bring to Rebosa.

Teboho holds a BA degree in Management and Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand and an NQF5 qualification in Real Estate. His diverse professional background spans the banking, legal, and insurance sectors, alongside seven years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry—a category finalist for Intermediate in the Investor of the Year Awards 2024.
